CANADA DRY SETTLEMENT PROGRAM

Under the terms of a proposed Quebec class action settlement, all consumers who, at any time between January 14, 2016 to November 11, 2020 (the “Class Period”) purchased five or more Canada Dry Ginger Ale soft drinks in Quebec during the Class Period, may be eligible for compensation of up to $7.50. Certain conditions apply.

The claims registration process will begin if and when the Settlement Agreement is approved by the Superior Court of Quebec. The settlement approval hearing will take place on March 16, 2021 at 9:15 a.m. in room 2.08. of the Montreal courthouse.

In the meantime, if you wish to seek compensation under the terms of the proposed settlement, you have until 5:00 PM Eastern on January 15, 2021 to provide your email address below to the claims administrator to receive a notice once the claims registration process opens.
